Grass Fed Organic Black Angus Beef

Order one quarter, one half or a whole cow.  Cut to your taste.  One quarter weighs between 110-140 pounds.  You can include steaks cut to your preferred thickness, Roasts any size, bone in or bone out.  You might like some stew beef as well. Remainder will be ground beef wrapped in one pound packages or bigger,  Marrow bones and knuckle bones can be included if you like.  It is a good feeling to know where your beef comes from!!
